DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are the worst of the worst. No one ever comes back to you, and all they care about is taking your money while doing absolutely nothing in return. The level of incompetence and neglect is shocking. I have three small children, and they have left us without a working toilet, which is a serious environmental health hazard. Despite paying all my rent upfront, I have been completely ignored. I have sent over 12 emails, and not a single one has been responded to. No updates, no explanations, just silence. When I try to call, no one is ever available. On the rare occasion that I do get through, I am promised a call back that never happens. Not only do they ignore me, but they also ignore my landlord, making it absolutely impossible to get anything resolved. Even my landlord is frustrated and unable to get answers from them. It’s clear they have no interest in actually managing properties or helping tenants just taking people’s money and running. This company lies, avoids responsibility, and treats both tenants and landlords with absolute disregard. The service is disgraceful, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re thinking of dealing with them, DON’T! Save yourself the stress and money and go elsewhere. Updated: There has been numerous emails sent to the email you are saying. Still no reply. I will upload email trails that date back nearly 1 year to date.

Very frustrating experience. Time and money wasted. For future tenants: I would strongly recommend confirming that the agent has the keys and has successfully accessed the property before you set off. I had a viewing booked for 9:45am on Monday. At 9:41am, just four minutes before the appointment, I received a call saying they were unable to access the property and needed to reschedule. This was very disappointing as I had already arranged my morning around this viewing. They also called me at 9:24am when I was on the train. Still saying see you soon. Until last minute. They are waiting you arrive at the site instead of telling you earlier.

I can’t thank the lettings team of Brentwood enough for their quick and prompt service. After instructing another estate agent for my rental property, I was let down with no feedback, no photos and an overall lack of interest in letting my house. I spoke to Steve the lettings agent who went round that very day to take photos, and the property was listed on Rightmove the very same day. I must also thank Juliette and Katie for their constant feedback and updates with the moving process and helping with any queries I had. I couldn’t be more grateful and will be using them for my other properties in the future.

I was purchasing only, but found the branch to be helpful, and easy to get hold of/get passed to the right person or called back quickly. Ellisha was the agent overseeing the sale/purchase. She was very promt at replying to emails or calling with information. She was particularly helpful toward the end of the process and liaising with both sets of solicitors with a lot of time pressure at the end. I also used the mortgage broker service run from the same office with Countrywide Mortgages. Sherrel was incredibly helpful, as I was a first time buyer, so didn't understand the process much. She was friendly, and answered questions quickly and clearly. Again the end of the process was much smoother due to Sherrel liasing with the Lender.
