GoogleI have used Bairstow Eves now for a number of years for my rental property. When my property becomes available to rent again, Bairstow Eves have always found me another tenant immediately and I have never had a period when the property was empty. The staff are so helpful and make the whole process so easy, and have always been on hand to give me advice. GoogleWhen we left the way in which we were treated and accused of doing stuff to the property in particular by the assistant manager Juliet was not acceptable. They need proceeded to make it hard work for us to get our money back and has caused both me and my fiancee a lot of stress and frustration. They were quick enough to take our money but then may it EXTREMELY difficult to get it back which is led to a complaint being sent now. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK AND NOT HAVE TO WAIT 5 WEEKS LIKE WE HAVE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DIABOLICAL Paul S

GoogleThis branch in Brentwood is a disgrace to bairstow eves.I wanted too get a valuation for my property last summer and was told by one of the workers there isn’t an estate agent around to do so for over 2 weeks so I thought as it was summer I’d give them the benefit of the doubt then last Friday the 9th of November to my amazement I pressed 1 for sales after phoning more than 10 times through the whole day the phone was just ringing and ringing not one person had the decency too answer the phone. Please people avoid and go elsewhere and spend your money this brentwood branch should be closed down !!!!

GoogleThe best service available from Juliet and the team at Brentwood. Juliet, in particular, gave the most helpful and professional guidance (and plenty of moral support) at the end of a tenancy, the final stages of which turned out to be rather difficult. It was a stressful time for us but it was made so much more bearable knowing we had the experience and support from the team at Bairstow Eves. We recommended them to friends recently who have also had a good experience on the lettings side.

GoogleWe have been using Bairstow Eves as our Letting Agents for many years now and can really recommend the team there. Steven and Juliet in particular go out of their way to help us find the right Tenant and set up the contracts etc. Although we manage the tenants ourselves, when we have problems they are always ready to answer our queries, of which there are often many!! GoogleI had an outstanding experience with the amazing team at Bairstow Eves - Brentwood. From the very first day, everyone was supporting and professional. They always on top of very thing and very responsive. A week before moving in, I had to change my moving date because of my work and they were felixaeble and updated the paper work. And at the end, I even paid less than what I expected! I can not recommend them enough.
