Savannah, the agent at Wapping branch, was fantastic. She helped navigate the outgoing tenant, landlord and incoming tenant quickly and with grace and ease. Unfortunately the management and systems in the office require improving, but she did a great job with the structures available to her. I’m really pleased to move into the property.

The two men who came to our flat to fix the boiler were great. They were not only so kind, but great at their jobs. We needed two separate pieces ordered, and they went out of their way to get the pieces as soon as possible to come back within the day to fix our boiler. Highly recommend - great staff all around!

GoogleI recently sold my apartment with johns and co and completion was completed yesterday. I have worked in property for 8 years and Dyaun was fantastic throughout the whole process. He took my calls at all points and kept me up to date with all aspects and assisted with aspects he didn’t have to. He went above and beyond and Took the stress out of the situation. As I work in the industry I will fully recommend anyone who wants to sell their apartment in Brentford to use them, a professional outfit lead Dominic. Dyaun at all times was very calm and his knowledge of the market was and area was impressive. Thanks once again and no doubt to buy a new home I will be coming back and sending friends and family your way! Great effort and 5 stars from me and my family.

GoogleThese guys were fantastic for us from start to finish, particularly Dominic and Dyaun. They found us a buyer pretty quickly but sadly we ended up in a long chain. They managed to hold on to our buyer for months and months whilst doing an an amazing job chain-chasing. I didn’t realize how much of the job is spent making sure other people (solicitors and other EAs) are doing their jobs properly - clue: they were not. In the whole chain, Dominic was the only one with any sense of urgency about him, which meant he drove the whole process throughout. So happy to have had him on our team otherwise it would have fallen over at several points, I’m sure of it. Thanks again guys!

Both Anthony and Marwa made what is normally a stressful time moving home an absolute breeze.Not only were they proactive in their search, quick to respond when contacted and very helpful throughout the process, they did the one key non time wasting thing that many estate agents fail to do.....they LISTENED to what I wanted and delivered vs the brief. GoogleI rarely write reviews like this, but my experience with this letting agency has been so frustrating that I feel others should be aware. This has easily been one of the worst agencies I’ve ever had to deal with. Communication is practically nonexistent. No one returns calls, and it’s almost impossible to get through to anyone. When you do manage to speak to someone, they seem completely unaware of what’s going on with the property. We recently moved into a flat managed by them, and the entire process was chaotic. We were given little to no useful information, and what we were told turned out to be incorrect. Trying to get clarity has been a constant struggle, with no accountability or ownership from their side. The level of unprofessionalism is honestly shocking. If you are considering dealing with this agency, I would strongly advise against it. Save yourself the stress and frustration. It is simply not worth your time. I don’t usually call people out publicly, but in this case I feel it is justified. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has set a very poor standard for what a letting agency should be. If negative ratings were an option, I would absolutely give one.
