Non-existent. Have been emailing for weeks about properties and get no reply. When calling I get told I will get a call back and no one ever does. Awful estate agents and will be letting others know to avoid.

Unauthorized deductions of rental without prior notification or agreement, and they carried on for three months before getting resolved despite complaining on day 1 when illegal deductions was made.Avoid it if you don't want sub-standard Services from estate agent.

I was a tenant in Hatch End and had very poor service. Very slow to deal with issues, especially if they involved the building management company. But very quick to take every pound they can justify off your deposit.
Dear Graham,We can see we responded to your complaint in January and we explained we could not find fault in our handling of these matters and cannot fault the customer service provided to you.We empathise you are frustrated, however your dissatisfaction relates to actions/non-action from Mayfords Block Management which we are not in a position to comment on. We are satisfied we followed up with Mayfords on your behalf and we updated you accordingly.Finally, I can see you have agreed the deposit deductions and the deductions proposed are inline with the TDS guidelines and Landlord's request.Kind regards.

Good comms up until we signed for the agent to sell the house. After that things went downhill. Right now I’m trying to talk to the agent about a low ball offer we received. Still waiting (3 hours) for them to call back.

My boyfriend and I just started our search for a house, and we were fortunate to meet Harry Rai. Harry has shown us a couple of apartments in Uxbridge an area we were not familiar with. During the viewing, he was very insightful and shown a great amount of knowledge about the flats and the area. We wish all our viewings were with someone like Harry.

Their customers are nothing for them and they have very little professionalism and respect for these within their office. Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your sanity!
