Recently exchanged contracts on a house advertised through Gibbs Gillespie, our journey hasn't been the smoothest but Luca has always kept us updated with the latest information and chased up relevant third parties when required. I hope the need to do this again is a long way off but when the time comes I would happily use Gibbs Gillespie again.

We are extremely lucky to have worked with Mr. Thomas Carroll as our home listing agent. Mr. Carroll and his team (Mr. Tom Furber particularly) are very professional and hardworking- we appreciate it greatly. He has given us very helpful advice about our home and provided a right price for the market. His marketing team has also done a very good job on marketing and staging the home, as well as taking really nice photos and writing amazing descriptions. He puts a lot of attention to detail and is great at communicating with clients effectively, which made selling our home a smooth process. Overall, we are very happy due to the service which Mr. Carroll has provided. Mr. Thomas Carroll and his team are my highest recommendation.

GoogleI've been dealing with Louis King and Abbie Lomo-Dash, and both are doing an excellent job in tenant-landlord communication and management, following up with outstanding issues and keeping me updated on the progress. Earlier this year, there were issues with holiday cover, but this is no longer an issue, as I have been receiving Out-Office notices when they are on holiday. This helps set my expectation on when to expect a response, usually only a short time after they return from leave.

Our experience of buying a house has not been an easy one. We dealt with various Gibbs branches through our search but thankfully landed on the Gerrards Cross branch on our 3rd attempt! James was extremely helpful and accommodating, knowing our working hours made it difficult to view properties during the week he arranged a late afternoon appointment that could work for us. He was open, transparent and helpful. Dominic would regularly check in and offer his support too. The whole process was smooth and timely in the end and as a result, we managed to land our forever home!

GoogleChristine & Ryan's professionalism and all round skill really optimized our time and protected our family life from undue stress. Christine and Ryan are brilliant relationship cultivators. They were dedicated in their duty of care to us as sellers. Throughout the sales process they remained focused, communicative about what was happening and why. They were flexible whenever this was required and motivational whenever hope threatened to wane. We have found them exceptionally responsive to any questions or challenges which arose in our onward purchase. Together, they have been a sage-like presence, helping us to experience our house sale and onward purchase as their priority. They have really listened to our needs and always showed insight and empathy into our circumstances. Complicated and pressurising aspects of the exchange process and onward purchasing of our new home could've easily caused us to buckle. These waves were handled by Christine, Ryan and Anj with great sensitivity, finesse and collaboration. We will defintely be working with this agency again and we'd highly reccomend them as an agency with which to do business.
