GoogleHAMZA, the estate agent, is highly untrustworthy. He took our holding deposit, advised us to give notice at our current residence, and then went silent. He never answered our calls or messages. After a week of stress, he informed us that the property was no longer available. Although we got our money back after constant follow-up, we are now homeless. This agent is a scammer and should be avoided at all costs.

GoogleHelped tremendously after our sale with another agent fell through. Neil is very proactive in marketing and getting from sale to exchange of contracts in good time. We're really grateful for their help. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleBeware of Scam and Fraud! I was moving to Edgware. Liked a flat that they offered. For the viewing they sent a friend, who visibly did not work in the property sector. I have never met a representative of them in person. I paid one week's deposit to take the property off the market. They did not do that. Then they said that I had failed the credit check. They kept my money. One and a half months later £154 was stolen from my bank account. My bank confirmed that it was a fraud. I cannot accuse or state, only presume that they were it since I had not given out my bank details to anyone else other than the big suppliers.

GoogleMy partner and I have just rented a flat through Rainbow Reid. Our letting agent was Mr. David Silver. We had a very good experience through the renting process. He arranged viewings for a few flats for us and we decided to rent one of them. We payed the holding deposit and signed the initial agrement. He was very helpful and negotiated an earlier move in date for us as we were on a tight schedule. During the next two weeks, we exchanged several emails and phone calls about reference cheks and chek in and he was very patient. He even negotiated a slight modification in the flat with the landlord. On moving day, he arranged our meeting to sign papers and check in early in the morning upon our request and that helped us in a big way on a very stressful day. All in all he did everything you'd want from a letting agent. Having rented in London for the last 7 years that was by far the best experience from any letting agency.

GoogleI have mixed feelings when it comes to Rainbow Reid. On the one hand I think they're great and on the other hand I feel that their customer service can be lacking. Positives : We were looking for a flat. They found us a flat. We were able to rent said flat really smoothly and with no issues. They were timely when we phoned them and got the paperwork filed etc with no problems. We moved in and we were really happy with the quality property we had rented with them. Negatives : When it came to renew our contract the representative we dealt with was incredibly rude, blunt and generally unhelpful. We were having a slight issue of contention with our landlord and as new renters we were maybe not as savvy and wise to the world as we could have been. Instead of just explaining things to us and suggesting options, we were given minimal curt responses. While the person wasn't awful, we just felt that whereas in our initial let we had really been taken care of and supported, when it came to renew the level of service was drastically different. Would I rent with them again? Yes. Would I recommend them to a friend? Maybe. It's just such a shame because we had been really happy with our experience due to the gentleman who had handled our initial let and that one person soured us a little. All in all an estate agent is an estate agent and with some of the stories I've heard from friends these guys are alright.

GoogleWe have had an excellent experience as renters with Rainbow Reid. We have been renting an apartment with them for 18 months and have found them helpful and prompt if we had any issues or questions about our rental. They have been accommodating to us as renters and were always prompt in replies and communication. We would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are hoping to find a secure and excellent quality place to live in NW London.

GoogleWe were hoping to rent a flat through these buffoons. It was all going well until we actually needed them to do something - i.e. send over the forms so we could make a deposit and get the reference checks done. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. And to top it off they are CLOSED from Thursdays to 10am on Sunday. This must be the only estate agency in the country that makes money in spite of itself. After reading the other reviews I think we'll go elsewhere.
Thank you for your feedback we clearly didn't communicate we are closed for Jewish holidays well enough so you were informed the company was recently bought by owners of the Jewish faith so we abide by the festivals where there not allowed to work this also applies to Friday afternoon and Saturday we do open Mon-Thursday normally 9-30-630 and Sunday 10-2 As for the rest of your complaint we cannot reply to emails during these periods but we need to improve our communication so as not to frustrate you which I believe in this instance was where we failed regards Neil Sloam Md

GoogleI was highly satisfied with the letting service offered by Rainbow Reid. I saw the flat that I liked on their website and I was able to immediately arrange a viewing. I viewed the flat with Neil, who was courteous and professional. I would recommend the agency to anyone and especially to people looking to rent in Willesden Green and surrounding areas as Rainbow Reid have a local presence and are highly professional and helpful.

GoogleAfter a very poor experience with another Estate agent and our housing falling through as a result, it was a relief to use Rainbow Reid to arrange renting a property. GoogleDisgustingly shocking "service". Honestly, how this company survives is beyond me. So unprofessional, a total lack of regard for customers or service, I don't think there is an honest sole in the entire practice. Please stay away, nobody deserves to be put through any more stress when dealing with a property. "Rainbow", well, lets see... gave pretty much every excuse under the sun, and definitely no pot of gold waiting for me.

Amazing is an understatement, he was so professional, extremely helpful and hard working with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Everything he has promised he delivered even if it was late in the day. I would recommend him 150%.

GoogleWe recommend Rainbow Reid as a real estate agency for any individual or family searching for the ideal home to spend their lovely stay. We were very comfortable in our two-bedroom flat, until I had to move back to Italy for a while for business. We found David, one of the estate agents, a highly attentive professional who always take care of ourselves during our stay in the flat.

GoogleThe first day when they posted one flat we liked, we called to ask more details about it. They said that will email us, that obviously didn't happen. After a few days we called them again. They said that will call us back because at that time we could not make an appointment as it was too early. Of course they didn't called back. We contacted them again and made an appointment to view the flat. The day when we agreed to see the flat they called 20 minutes before the viewing and said that someone gave deposit without seeing the flat. We were really disappointed because we spend our time for nothing. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible.NegativeProfessionalism
