Staff are incredibly rude and their policies are ILLEGAL. Please before paying anything, check their policy email against CREDIBLE sources like Shelter and Advice For Renters. When ringing with an enquiry for a property, I was told that 2 people had already paid holding and rent deposits on the same property. I asked why no one had let me know, as I was about to also pay these. On the phone, Rajesh told me “how would I know???” after literally just telling me. Incredibly rude. Additionally, their policies are illegal. I will paste their refunds policies here: 1. In the event that the owner ( landlord) withdraws the contract within the contract period ( before commencement date), for any reason, no refund payment will be due from our office. 2. If our company is unable to get hold of the applicant/client (tenant or guarantor) for collecting the required documents to perform our standard credit checks, references or money demand within 3 working days - the holding amount will not be refunded. 3. in the event you are unable to produce the required documents within 3 working days from the day you paid the holding fees, or in the event of you changing your mind or unable to take possession or unable to pay the full advance rent and deposit, the holding amount will not be refunded or will not be transferred towards a new application. Disgusting behaviour from this company. Do not trust.

I have just let my property through property hub in Wembley. They were quick, effective and efficient. Viveca was my main point of call. Her communication was above expectations, they managed to find tenants within a week and kept me informed at all times. Unprofesional agent came to show us a property. They dont know what is frizzer look like they showed us mini bar... property was so dirty when asked for cleaning they said its clean and they ask.me to show where is the dirt, may be is the way the also live.Disappointed with them. We rented a 3 and a half bed property in HA9 9SD with Property hub. Flawless experience..wonderful customer service. Very neat and clean property was handed to us.
