The agent was uncoperative, passive aggressive and showed little transparency or urgency. They wasted my time and made the whole process unecessarily stressful. I don’t recommand this agency.

Absolutely the worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. Naresh is completely incompetent at doing his job, admitting to me over the phone that he took holding deposits for a flat from 3 different prospective tenants (this is completely illegal, by the way). He also hasn't responded to a single email I've sent in over TWO MONTHS. I've got a leak in my bathroom ceiling that has extended halfway across the room because of this utter negligence. When we moved in to our flat we were given one key to the door to the flat itself and had to wait a whole week to get a key fob to get into the actual building, despite already paying rent to live here.

I had gone to my home country in mid-September 2021. Estate agent asked me over phone what date will I be back, which I found strange. When I came back I found that multiple furnitures in my home were moved around(supposedly for inspection).I was very upset as I had never refused entry but they still entered my home in my absence without asking for permission. This is not just unprofessional but illegal.

GoogleThe worst property dealer in the UK, starting of tenecy they wil be good but at the end of tenancy they will show their true face .
I had a terrible experience with Property Hub at the end of my tenancy. They tried to withhold my entire deposit, claiming they needed to repaint the house, deep clean the property, and wash the carpets.
They also never respond to messages or emails, so be prepared to constantly chase them if you need any issues resolved.
Beware of Viveca, the worst person on their team. While she may speak politely, it's simply a tactic to manipulate you into an unfair situation.
