GoogleWe have been using Parkinson Farr as our managing agents for the last 10 years. They are absolutely superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. Being overseas, the 10 properties that they let and manage for us are expertly handled by them. We do meet our tenants each year and they also give us glowing feedback. Very rare in this day and age and especially with Estate Agents, but I really cannot fault them, professional and approachable and we will continue to hand over our other properties when they become available.

GoogleParkinson Farr helped us rent out our house over a year ago and since then they have been great. On the ball with everything and nothing is ever an issue. Excellent service- 5 stars!

GoogleI contacted PF to discuss them acting as letting agents for a property near their office. From the moment the phone was answered the person was gruff, abrupt, rude and negative... Simply "not interested". I would not recommend them to any prospective landlords, tenants or buyers.

GoogleDo not waste your time with this agency. The manner of how they treated us has been entirely unprofessional. They failed to provide an accurate tenancy contract and associated documents. We have complied with all the appropriate checks (references, payslips, bank statements, holding fee, etc.) and information they required. However, the agency has failed to comply with basic responsibilities. They tried to rent us a flat which did not have a license.
