Parkinson Farr Brent reviews

My wife and I met Anthony from Parkinson Farr whilst looking for a new property to rent. Out of all the estate agents we met (and we met with half a dozen) we had our best experience with Anthony. He was very professional and impeccably dressed. His customer service was exemplary and he was very friendly and honest about the properties we visited whilst putting no pressure on us at all. We would definitely recommend him and will go back to him in the future if we decide to move again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Had a very positive experience working with Riccardo on finding and securing a studio in the area, he's been a prompt responder and walked me through the process, by far the most responsive agency I have dealt with while looking for a studio!

Good service from Eima. He was in contact regularly to check if we got a property and suggested many properties. Though we went with another deal, we appreciate the efforts Eima put in to look for properties that matched our requirements.

Dear Parkinson Farr team, In November last year Riccardo Grassi from your Willesden green branch helped us to find/finalize the contract for the flat we are currently renting. He was very polite, punctual and clear and made the whole process very smooth. I wish him the best of luck in his endeavors and hope that he continues to grow and succeed within your company. I’m sorry that this feedback comes so late particularly as I promised it to him after such a stellar service on his part. Anyway I hope you are all keeping safe and well. We will be in touch with you soon as our contract is ending in November. Regards, ConanPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Great agency! My boyfriend and I rented an apartment and the agent (Riccardo) was very helpful throughout the whole renting process, answering phone calls immediately and being at our disposal for any relevant matters. 😄 …

Definitely not recommend this agency. They were very nice at first and once they get our deposit the attitude has suddenly changed. We neither get our property nor our deposit back. Threatening us to show our personal data and playing dirty so we don’t claim our deposit lawfully. Very stressful and unpleasant experience!!!

Had an amazing experience with this agency and with Dino, our agent. We were looking for a one bedroom flat and I’ve been walking in all agencies in NW to find the perfect one but nobody seemed to be able to find one with all the features we wanted at our budget, till I went in Parkinsonfarr that after asking me some questions and understand what my needs were, in one day time found me the perfect one! I was so happy and I wondered why I didn’t do that before, I would have saved so much time! Anyway everyone was so professional but friendly and I really enjoyed this experience with them.
