We had a fantastic experience working with Riccardo. He was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process, always taking the time to understand what we were looking for. Thanks to his dedication, we found a beautiful and cozy 2-bedroom flat in the perfect area for us. Riccardo was not only professional but also genuinely kind and approachable, which made everything so much easier. As a lovely final touch, he even surprised us with a bottle of wine when we picked up the keys! We couldn’t be happier with our new home and truly appreciate Riccardo’s support, highly recommended

I would like to sincerely thank Parkinsorr Far for the incredible support and assistance I received throughout the entire process, from the very beginning up to the moment I received the keys. Their service was impeccable, professional, reliable, and attentive at every stage. Every member of the team demonstrated great dedication and expertise, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Without a doubt, Parkinsorr Far is one of the best real estate agencies in London. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for true professionals in the property sector.

If letting agents were superheroes, Ricardo would be wearing a cape and solving housing crises faster than you can say “Where’s the boiler manual?” From the moment I met him, I knew I was in good hands. Kind, professional, and with the patience of a saint (seriously, I asked A LOT of questions), Ricardo made the whole process smoother than a freshly plastered wall. He somehow made finding a new place feel less like a bureaucratic nightmare and more like a guided tour from a very charming friend. He responds quickly, gives honest advice, and somehow manages to stay cheerful even when dealing with blocked doors on gym back day. I’m not saying he’s magic… but I’m also not not saying that. If you’re lucky enough to have Ricardo as your letting agent, hold onto him. He’s a rare gem in a world of “we’ll get back to you next week” energy. 5 stars review from me, Kirsty

We have had an amazing experience with Parkinson Farr Estate Agents. Riccardo, Karl and the rest of the team have been incredible every step of the way. Our experience finding a property with Parkinsonfarr was incredibly easy and we ended up finding a lovely property for myself and my partner. Now, writing this review a month on from moving in, they continue to go above and beyond as property managers. I would recommend this amazing team for anyone looking for a property in North West London - though they have been our best Estate Agents so far (having lived in London for five years.)

We recently had the pleasure of working with Riccardo while searching for a new apartment in London. Although we didn’t manage to seal a deal with him, Riccardo was incredibly patient and understanding of our needs throughout the process. The London market moves very quickly, and we ultimately found something else. However, Riccardo was gracious and congratulated us when we signed our lease. His professionalism and supportive attitude were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Riccardo and would not hesitate to refer to him in the future.

The most amazing agent ever!!!!!!! After a few times of house hunting, I came up with the conclusion that the most difficult part is finding an agent that listens to all your needs. They are professional property agent that helps and listens to all the requirements. As all you know, most of the landlords don't like pets in their apartment. My property agent Eimantas and his team, tried very hard to make sure my cat wasn't left behind.

What a brilliant company! This was my very first experience in acquiring a rented accommodation & I have to say that it was a great journey. Riccardo very patiently walked me through the process which was crystal clear for me to understand. I was really at ease. Very professional. I had to deliver some paperwork to the office & I was greeted with courtesy from the whole team. Handshakes all round. They really helped me in securing my home in a professional yet friendly manner. Thank you Riccardo, Paul & Aimar for really great service.

We have found a very nice flat with Parkinson Farr & are very happy now we have moved in. Riccardo has been very friendly & helpful throughout the whole process. We have been moving quite a few times in the past few years, & this move has clearly been the easiest & smoothest. We felt directly that we could trust Riccardo & the team at Parkinson Farr, & that they are totally on it. Grazie Mille !

Really great and reliable agents. Riccardo was and remains very easy to get hold of. Responsive with our concerns and is always trying to help us get anything fixed that we flag as needed. Riccardo was fantastic at supporting us to get our lease signed and was flexible in allowing us extended time to get everything in order before moving in. Would highly recommend this letting agency & Riccardo specifically.

I had a fantastic experience with Parkinsonfarr especially with Eima from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. From the initial viewing to signing the contract and moving in, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was clear and prompt, and they always made time to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. It's rare to come across such attentive and reliable service in the rental market, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making everything as stress-free as possible. Highly recommended for anyone looking to rent with confidence and peace of mind!

Very unhelpful letting agency which i firmly believe I have been discriminated against. I inquired about a two bedroom property they was letting and Ricardo the guy I spoke on the phone, told me it was available for viewings . Things were going good till I mentioned that I do get help from the government with the rent due to the fact that I am a single mother to an autistic child . He made some excuse that he was going to speak to the landlord then call me back but as expected , he didn’t bother calling me back . If I could give 0 stars I would because you refused my application to view or rent a property that was suitable and affordable just because I receive certain benefits due to my boy having a disability!! I do hope they get fined for stopping people like me or in the same situation finding homes we can afford!!
