GoogleWe just recently moved in to our new flat and everything went well and fast. As a first timer tenant, I had a lot of questions on which Riccardo didn't mind answering even if it was silly questions (for me at least). He guided us throughout the whole process and went smoothly. I commend Riccardo for helping us and working hard as ever. Thank you so much Riccardo!! You're the best!

GoogleRecently moved into a flat with Eima our main point of contact. Fantastic service, we've had a few questions and queries which have been answered promptly, and Eima has called us on a number of occasions to proactively resolve issues rather than delaying. This was the case both before and since moving in. We were also given a gift upon moving in which was much appreciated. Overall very happy!

GoogleEima was so efficient and kept us informed at all stages of the process. Our experience of Parkinson Farr and in particular Eima was professional and efficient from the beginning,so different to other experiences we had had previously with other companies. I would definitely recommend them. Great customer service from Eima.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience flat hunting with Eima. He showed me all the flats on offer in the area and made the process so simple and smooth. He answered all the questions we had, responding so quick and providing helpful and informative answers. He even gave us a moving in gift when we picked up the keys. I would definitely use the same estate agent again.

GoogleRiccardo was the best estate agent I have come across in London. A hard worker who we had full trust and faith in, we always felt he was in control of the process and he showed to be a brilliant problem solver and preventer! He was very honest and has us always feeling confident and in-the-loop. We developed a fantastic working relationship which both got us the house and inspired the most healthy landlord-tenant relationship I have ever had. Would absolutely recommend. Whatever your paying him, it isn’t enough - give him a raise!

GoogleWe couldn’t have asked for better help with finding a new home. Riccardo was super helpful, kept us updated all the time either via email or phone . Specially at this time near Christmas I was losing my hope to move , but with Riccardo help we managed to sign the contract and keep the house. Thanks , and definitely will recommend your services !

GoogleProfessional and efficient team. I have been dealing with Riccardo and couldn't have been more delighted with the service received. Paperwork and referencing took just one day and and Riccardo was very much "on it" to ensure that I am able to sign the contract at the earliest. Thank you so much for your assistance. Moving is very stressful on it's own, and I was very lucky to have received a great service from the agent. Kudos!

GoogleI have recently had assistance form Parkinsonfarr estate agents to help me find a new house and I have been extremely impressed. Anthony East in particular was very helpful and professional throughout making the move seamless. He is the most knowledgable estate agent I have ever had any experience with and gave me great advice to help find the property most suited to me. I will recommend him to all of my family and friends! Anthony was also dressed to impress and presented himself in a very professional but approachable way!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe have just found a lovely new flat through Parkinson Farr in Willesden Green. When we first started looking in January we were a little stressed about having to find somewhere new to live during the national lockdown. However, our minds were soon put at ease when we met our agent, Riccardo Grassi, at Parkinson Farr. Riccardo listened to our requirements and helped us to find a really nice flat. In fact, it has been much easier than we thought it would be. Thank you to Riccardo and Parkinson Farr for the professional and helpful service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI dealt with Riccardo at Parkinson Farr and I must say, it is by far one of the best service I have received. Riccardo was very professional and patiently responded to all my queries. Lot of times we notice that agents respond very nicely until the deal is done but the after-sales service is not that great but I was pleasantly surprised to experience Parkinson Farr's after-sales service and they have been very cooperative in coordinating between me and my landlady.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

At Parkinsonfarr we’ve met Riccardo who right away showed us a few properties in the area, and we really liked one of the flats that he showed us. The whole process was quick and easy and Riccardo was always very responsive and helpful with all the questions that we had. We couldn’t ask for more to make the move smoother than it was.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
