We have also interacted a bit with Anthony, when Riccardo was out of office, and he's been just as great and helpful. When the time came for me & my flatmates to find a place again, we were dreading dealing with estate agents again. HOWEVER the whole team at ParkinsonFarr were outstandingly helpful and friendly with finding us a new place to live/rent, especially Riccardo and Paul and i'm so glad I met them - it was like my prayers were answered. They both were understanding and treated so nice us, as students we don't normally get the same reception from other estate agents. They answered every question and query we had (and trust me we had a lot) with professionalism and kindness. I'm so glad I got their service (which was so stress-free) and i'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to live around the area!

I had a disappointing experience with Parkinson Farr. I was a good tenant for the 12 months I lived in one of their managed properties, paid my rent on time, helped with access for maintenance, and kept the shared house in good condition. Despite this, I was treated dishonestly and unfairly during a difficult time in my life. I was laid off from my job during my tenancy, which meant I wasn’t sure where my next job would be. I received a large settlement from my former employer, so I could still pay my rent. Wanting to be upfront, I called Riccardo at Parkinson Farr well ahead of our contract expiring to explain my situation, that most likely I would be able to stay another full year, and discuss potential options, including finding a replacement tenant if needed. My housemates were fully aware of my situation, so there was no secrecy involved. Within 20 minutes of my call, Paul (another Parkinson Farr employee) called one of my housemates and falsely told them that I had said I was moving out and doing so behind their backs, claiming I had been “sheepish” on the phone. This blatant lie was intended to create unnecessary tension and force me out of the house. Fortunately, my housemates and I quickly resolved the situation, as they already knew my position, but I was left feeling confused and blindsided by Riccardo and Paul’s actions. Despite my efforts to handle things amicably, Parkinson Farr’s communication was dishonest and self-serving. I had to chase them multiple times for a reference, even though I’d always paid my rent on time. Additionally, they acted unprofessionally when, without notifying me, they instructed one of my housemates, who was not the lead tenant, to inspect my room for damage (which of course there was not any). Their handling of my situation lacked empathy, and reading other low-rated reviews, it's clear that this is a pattern with Parkinson Farr, they prioritize profit over people and lack basic human decency. If you’re looking for property managers or letting agents in Willesden, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Having lived in the area for a long time, I know there are many trustworthy, empathetic companies who won’t treat you as just another transaction.

I have a number of properties in North West London and they never fail to deliver great service. Both letting and sales are excellent. They don't exaggerate or promise things they can't deliver, they are endlessly decent and fun to deal with and you never worry about their integrity. They have a good network of other services and really help out if you get stuck. If you are only going to ring one agent these are the people to ensure you keep your sanity and get a great service!! Tiago was very patient and comprehensive; he listened very carefully to what we were looking for and he showed me and my boyfriend many flats until we found the right one! My partner and I had just moved to the London from Australia and were quite nervous about having to find a Rental Property, as we weren't familiar with the UK process. The staff at Parkinsonfarr were incredibly helpful. They were quick in finding us an appropriate flat, took the time to explain parts of the rental agreement that we were not sure of and even arranged several boxes of second hand homewares from a tenant at a different property to help us settle into our new flat. Absolutely dreadful agency

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this team, to the point where their evident lack of knowledge of procedures related to tenancy agreements and property management is embarrassing. Paul, the property manager of the property we were signing for was very unprofessional and he clearly doesn't want to deal with clients who closely look at the contract and ask reasonable questions. We were told that we were asking questions that no else had done before - namely, a copy of the building insurance and the head lease, when in the contract it said that the tenant would receive these. As a result, we were told that It was not a match between us and the landlord/estate agency as the landlord had apparently been spooked by our questions, which demonstrates their lack of knowledge. Additionally, we were told to ignore a particular clause of the contract which is ludicrous considering a contract is legally binding. Overall, undoubtedly the worst estate agency I've dealt with.
