FacebookExceedingly honest and helpful. Have helped me find the perfect tenants on more than one occasion. Know their stuff, communicate well, make you feel you are important to them. Overall, an excellent service, and reasonable on every level, from their fees, to their approach with negotiotions. Could not recommend more highly.

FacebookI entrusted my property to Stuart in 2001. It started well, however, paying a full management fee as an overseas landlord eventually turned into a landlords nightmare. Just shortly after Westminster property services changed their company name to Northwest6- I came back to the UK to find my pristine apartment had been turned into a dump. From floor to ceiling everything had to be gutted and redone. When I asked for my quarterly reports, I was told there were none- this is part of the service I was paying for. Because they had liquidated the company -Westminster properties, there was no reprieve for the damage caused. I came to find out they were also not registered with the ombudman, as all decent agents seem to be. Due to my complaints regarding their poor service, and having asked NW6 to take some responsibility for their negligence, I was ignored and finally dismissed. I had been a loyal customer for well over a decade and have always maintained the property to a high standard. I was quickly dismissed by Stuart and told to find a new agent. This is the degree of professionalism given by Westminster Property services/Northwest 6, to their long standing and loyal, paying customers!
