GoogleWe have recently moved out of a property we rented with Northwest 6, and the whole time we were there they were excellent. Stuart was fantastic - so quick to respond to any queries or concerns and very friendly and eager to help. The best estate agency I have rented with since living in London. GoogleWe have been working with Stuart and Hansha and we are very happy with the service. I would say the best real estate agency I rented! Stuart is an honest, nice person and it is a pleasure to work with him, he genuinely cares which is a massive difference to most agents. If there were issues in the properties, they were very quick to answer/repair and we never had any issues. Highly recommended to everyone!

GoogleHow pleasant to find a really professional and honest estate agents. Michael and Hansha were truly brilliant when we rented through them. Everything happened (deposits, contracts etc) when they said it would, and they retained an unfailing courtesy throughout the process, well-knowing how stressful moving can be - especially at the moment. I cannot recommend North West 6 highly enough.

GooglePaul and WPS were fantastic from start to finish. I am an overseas landlord and Paul has managed tenant selection, vetting and rental of our property superbly. The accounting team at WPS have also provided excellent advice to help ensure tax requirements are met. It is not often that you can say that an Estate Agent was true to their word, but that was certainly the case with Paul. He kept us informed and gave first class advice, always responsive and was straightforward from day one.

GooglePaul at Westminster Property Services has recently rented my 1 bed flat in Kilburn , having to relocate for work purposes Paul was very helpful in not only finding me a tenant , guiding me thru all the legal process band also recommending me to various local companies to help me get my property ready for rental purposes . Once a tenant was found Paul was very keen for me to meet them a point that I had stressed was important to me for peace of mind . The tenant they found me has been excellent and my anxieties of renting my home have been calmed by WPS knowledge of the local market and 25 years experience in lettings and management. In an ever increasing corporate environment its nice to know there is a small local independent company that I feel comfortable in dealing with. Alfie Smith

GoogleMichael at WPS sold my flat in just a few weeks where other bigger agencies tried for months to no avail. Michael managed to secure 3 offers and got over the asking price . Unlike the bigger agencies, WPS know their area extremely well and the property so they know exactly who their target audience is which makes all the difference! Michael was always polite and straight talking. He only brought people for viewings that were serious about buying and suited to my property so no time wasting. I'd highly recommend WPS , they may be small but their valuation was realistic and their extensive knowledge of the market and area was extremely useful.

GoogleI recently bought a property through WPS and was very impressed with the customer service offered by Michael Betteridge. Michael was very quick to let me know about properties that met my criteria and was always available and communicative throughout the house-buying process, providing me with regular updates and just generally being really helpful. Of all the agents that I have dealt with, Michael was the most genuine and sincere, and he did what he said he would do. I now have a property that exceeds my original expectations. I would definitely recommend Michael and WPS to others and would use them again myself in the future if the need arises.

GoogleNever in all my years of renting have a come across a more helpful and genuine real estate agent as Paul Priestley and the team at Westminster Property Services. Paul went above and beyond to help us secure our new rental home and work around our time pressures. Over the past 12 years of renting Paul is far and away the best agent I have used. Can not recommend them highly enough - definitely not your average self interested london property service. Cant thank you enough.
