GoogleMichael Betteridge is a great estate agent. I would only increase email communication. He took my flatmate and I to the property twice, adapting to our needs. He negotiated the terms with the landlord for us and was flexible and nice. Would absolutely recommend him.

GoogleI have been using NW6 for years. Stuart and Hansha have always been amazing. My property is in Kilburn, been rented out and managed by NW6. They have helped out with every single issue that arrises for me. Repairs, tenant searches and even helping out when I need someone at the property to allow in contractors. I trust them, for rental and sales options and guidance. They are trustworthy.

GoogleWrong information given, lack of integrity, ambiguous language, unresponded correspondance from Mr. Paul Priestly in lettings. After agreeing on dates and price per week, I spoke to the landlord who wanted to personally meet the tenants and while talking to him, we realised that the dates for the beginning of the tenancy were given wrongly to the both of us. Very unhappy. This caused us a big lost of time where looking for a new flat. We ended up not closing the deal and it cost us two emails and three phone calls to sort the refund of the already pre-paid deposit. Once we confirmed we didn't want to go for it due to all the above, our correspondance was completely ignored. Only when the complaint was escalated, after two emails and three phone calls, Mr. Michael Betteridge confirmed the refund of our deposit. Stay away! At least when it comes to lettings.

GoogleI have been renting from WPS for 15 years now. During this time I did never have a problem with any of the flats I lived ( moved twice only) rented from them. Hansa, the efficient and sweet lady is always very polite and professional if I need any help. The maintenance team, and the guys who work there are very professional and friendly, just what I need in a city like London. I would recommend their services.
