GoogleReally appreciate the passion and enthusiasm Josh showed to me, he had been very helpful and active in showing me the flat and helping me negotiate with the landlord. And I would like to also mention Elaine, who was patient during the whole conversation and gave me helpful information when I had questions.

GoogleSAJ was more than helpful in finding amd renting an apartment in London Kilburn. He was honest and upfront. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. SAJ made a nightmare that is finding an Apartment in London a breeze!

GoogleAmazing service from start to finish. Mapesbury helped me find the perfect home and gave us great support during our search. We had some issues with other agents prior and were a little weary at first, but we were made to feel comfortable from the start and had all our questions answered promptly and honestly. Their charges were reasonable in comparison to others we had the misfortune of using before, and we have recommended Mapesbury estates to all our friends and family

GoogleWorst service provided, the owner of this office is only interested in collecting his feeleft his office for people who do not care and have no idea on how to deal with letting, they messed me up for 7 weeks without a tenant, then refused to hand me the keys back. Nearly had to contact the police .... managed to get my flat let through KFH within 7 days .avoide this run down place at any cost

GoogleComing across this agency was incredible, but who I’ve found is what really boosted the experience. I found Saj, the greatest support but also the quickest supporter. I personally really enjoyed the way Saj truly is a passionate professional at what it does and, with class and promptness, ultimately got me a fantastic place where I live in now. Response time: extremely fast. Satisfaction: extremely high. Recommended: definitely.

GoogleThe service was great. Saj, Elaine and the rest of the team were very professional and helpful, even after having moved in. Highly recommended. Update: I’ve just noticed my name has come up as Reviews Etc. That’s because I opened this email just for reviews etc. It won’t let me put my real name. Funny how these things happen.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
