GoogleThe worst company ever, non si meritano nenache una stella. The service is absolutly bad, the team not helpful at all.
I regret to have spend almost £60.000 in 2 years rent because there was no service or assistance from them in the house with water, gas problems or repairs to be done. The stairs of the entire building were always dirty and garbage was collected once a month. It is shameful. I don't know how many times I had to complain to them by email and over the phone.
Are not even comprehensive;
I had economic problems and I could no longer pay the rent, my contract expired on January 2nd 2024, they forced me to stay there until the 2nd of March because according to the contract I had to give 2 months notice to leave the house. They ( the manager and Josh) came to intimidate me out of my house to get the money for the rent and I had to ask for a loan to the bank to pay them. After paying all the bills even now after 6 months they don't give me the deposit back. It is absurd and shameful how they treat their tenants.
I personally as a tenant I never gave any problem indeed I paid 2 years of rent in advance and no damage to the house.
My forgetfulness was not to notify in time and despite this I respected the contract by staying and paying despite the economic difficulties. They didn't want to use my deposit to help me pay neither rent nor bills, deducting them from the deposit.
These are people without respect and humanity.
Elaine and Saj the manager are dealing with me since I made the contract with this agency and they both are not respecfull, correct and professional. And still I didn't get back the deposit which is not held anymore from MYDEPOSIT but from the landlord that is still holding it I don't know for which reason and the agency is not dealing with this situation to give me back the deposit. They should be ashamed of the way they are treating me.

GoogleI had an absolutely awful experience with this estate agent. From the beginning, although they appear helpful when you are looking for a place with to rent, they are not. The agent we had was woefully unprofessional and not skilled for the job. (In one example, the agent emailed multiple times contracts with the incorrect address). When it came to the end of our tenancy, myself and my housemates felt that they were considerably unprofessional, rude, did not listen to our concerns and continually postponed dealing with the issues we were having. It took us 6 months to get our deposit back. When corresponding over email, it was as if this agent was purposefully trying to make our deposit return difficult and they lacked the ability to fairly mediate between tenants and landlord. They lacked knowledge and communication skills, It was a horrible experience, would not recommend.
