GoogleNot proactive in marketing a high end property. Little feedback and no follow up to promised reviews.
Many thanks for your feedback and sorry we did not live up to your expectations. We have sold hundreds of High End properties over the years including current sold properties however we accept we have not sold yours and therefore you would rightly feel this way. I personally take responsibility for the missed review as my Mid June review did promise a further one at the end of June. A mistake I will learn by. (We all make them and thus we have review sites where a mistake can be highlighted as you have). The rating I personally beleive should be aimed at myself (Richard Pickford) and not the team who worked tirelessly to find you a buyer. We would happily invite you in for a month or so of watching how proactive the team are, however they cannot make someone buy a property so I beleive their side of the dealings were 5 star as they always are. Again sorry for the missed end of June review which was entirely my fault and we wish you luck with the sale of your property with the next agent. Regards Ric.
