Snapes Estate Agents Bramhall reviews

Possibly never even dealt with us - Have reached out as noted below. Sorry Sarah, please get in contact so I can understand when you used us and which service, we have no record of your name & you did the same review for both offices? Play fair, please. Hi Sarah. Sorry to ask. Which service at which office have you used. I notice you have given both offices a 3 Star yet we cannot see any variation (spelling) of your name registered with our company. Just to be sure your review is not fake could you please contact me on 0161 440 8700. Regards Richard Pickford.

27.03.2022: Good evening and thank you for taking the time to leave a rating. May I ask which property you viewed (or purchased) or which service you are rating? I cannot see your name linked to any property and hoped I could help improve what we may have done wrong, and understand your 3 star rating? The team work hard to deliver the best possible service, so some extra feedback would be very much appreciated. Many thanks in advance Ric Pickford. 28.03.2022: Good morning again and sorry to chase for more information, however as you have used Google Reviews, I assume you understand the importance of how a review can have both a positive and negative impact on a business and the staff we employ. If you could confirm which service you are rating. I am happy for you to email me direct if you would prefer not to say. Again sorry to chase, however I cannot see any variation of your name on our database for any service we offer, so struggling to understand your rating. Thank you again.
