From start to finish, Ric, Sophie, Kat, Sarah and everyone else have been fantastic; putting together a wonderful listing for our home, managing viewings effectively, negotiating the best price possible for us, and communicating superbly throughout the entire process. We found that they were enthusiastic in wanting to sell our property, but only at a price and under circumstances that made sense for us - an important balance that, in our experience, other agents failed to maintain. Had a brilliant experience with Katherine at Snapes Bramhall. Property and estate agents tend to have a questionable reputation... But Katherine was honest, up front, not too pushy and when viewing homes (which we did several times with her) allowed us to explore. We looked around Bramhall and Davenport with her and when we actually bought she listened, she chased and engaged with both buyer and seller. If you're looking for a home in the above areas and Snapes have something you're interested in, call them and ask for Katherine 10/10.
