Snapes Estate Agents in Bramhall were great to deal with. We needed to live in Bramhall due to its direct railway link with Stoke and its proximity of the M60 (to get to North Manchester). It was a smooth application process and we found David to be a very ethical and helpful Agent. Definitely, top marks from us! Recently bought a house through Snapes in Bramhall and have given them 5 stars. I found them professional and understanding without being pushy or intrusive. I particularly liked the fact that I could always get to speak to someone without being put on hold or asked to ring back or leave a message. I especially want to praise Katherine in Sales who was super efficient and oversaw the entire process from initially showing me round to Completion. There were a few hitches ( not Snapes fault) and she did everything she could to resolve these to get the sale over the line. She was calm, friendly and supportive throughout and the communication was superb - I could always get hold of her and she was reassuring at all times. It was quite an emotional and stressful experience for me as I was moving from my family home of twenty years. I just felt that Snapes have an understanding of the all the mixed emotions of house selling and buying. A big thank you to an excellent local and independent business.
