GoogleIn all the time I have rented properties, this has been by far the worst experience. We left a property spotless and they actively altered things so we lost £275 of our deposit. Absolutely disgusted with them . Would give a minus if possible

Andy the result of the deduction from your deposit was decided by both parties (landlord & tenant ) agreeing to use the ADR process provided by The Deposit Protection Service . The deduction was as a result of The Deposit Protection Service independent findings. Whilst I am sorry you are not happy with the outcome I do find your criticism of Castle Estates Ltd to be unfair we act on the instructions of our client the landlord and have no influence on the decision made by the DPS adjudicator. I would also object to the comment that we alter things !

Gavin I guess this is with regards to your deposit which was correctly protected within the government scheme. I gather there were deductions from your deposit paid to the landlord which you had every opportunity to disagree and if necessary use the Deposit Scheme ADR procedure. Castle Estates
