Absolutely the worst place to rent a property! Honestly don’t know how they are still aloud to operate. They visit the property every 12 weeks also tell you mold in the property is up to you to deal with and paint over. They scam your deposit from you and will charge you £160 cleaning bill for 1 cobweb! When you rent the properties they are dirty but expect them back cleaned to a very high standard. They will charge you for crumbs in cupboards! I improved the property so much while living there but they wanted me to put everything back how it was which took me 2 months to do and then charged me ridiculously high prices for things that were wrong with the property when I moved in so they could keep the deposit. Lynn was very rude and obnoxious and I would highly recommend you swerve this company at all cost to save yourself a lot of unnecessary stress

An amazing discovery and breath of fresh air in the world of property management! We discovered Lynn and her team a few years back when heavily disappointed with another big brand estate agency. Sick of being treated like a number we sought an independent, well-run agency and found it in Lynn and her team. The team are responsible, responsive, keep us fully informed and up to speed and help us in taking care of our property efficiently and effectively. They are proactive in approach and it takes a weight off my mind knowing they are taking care of our investment. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.
