GoogleSadly good service from this agent stops once they have made sure new tenants give a 5 star review before they've signed up. Tenants have received very poor communications from Nicole and Destiny and the agent received a temporary suspension from the regulator because of poor communication. The agent continued supporting and marketing property owned by landlord Edinburgh Godzic and allowed tenants to live in a damp and mouldy property of his, ( a category 1 hazard), for 7 months without helping the tenants to get this problem resolved.

FacebookRenting a property from Tristams has been so easy with my tenancy manager Shania. She's wonderful. There's been alot to do in this property and she's always been quick to sort what I need and very understanding as well as kind. I don't often like to say when things are wrong due to having anxiety but Shania makes it very easy and makes me feel comfortable enough to come to her with anything.

All because of fear i decide to try it with Mrs Donald Maureen with little amount of $1,000 but to my greatest surprised, Mrs Donald Maureen made me a profit of $12,000 within 6days, now I'm continuously earning not less than $11,000 - $12,000 anytime i invested with minimum amount of $1000 within a week.
