GoogleI still remember when after moving in on Feb 2019 I was repainting the smallest bedroom, while together with my then girlfriend (now my wife) then I thought 'I would like to our first baby having this bedroom as a first one in their life". And it happened in Jan 2020. We have a 6.5 years old daughter Nadia now. Basically, we have majority of good memories after 7.5 years renting your flat. We would like to thank you and give you also 5/5 stars reviews online

GoogleI had an excellent experience with them. Their service is professional, organised, and genuinely supportive, especially for someone securing accommodation from a distance. A special mention to Cora, her assistance was very helpful. She guided me through every step of the process, stayed patient with my questions, and ensured everything was sorted smoothly even though I wasn’t able to be there in person. Her communication and dedication made securing my apartment stress-free.

Extremely happy with how Tristrams dealt with the sale of my house from start to finish. Liam was professional and gave a great first impression, knowledgeable and friendly with no pushy sales tactics. Listing including the photos were done very well. I then dealt with Kirsten with help from Talia who were both very professional and efficient. I was kept updated with the progress all the way through. They handled all viewings and secured a sale with a first time buyer really quickly. All together wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and the staff are a great asset and face for the brand.

GoogleI’ve had a very positive experience with everyone at Tritam, especially Marlena Bartosik, Demi-Rose, and the rest of the team. From the beginning, communication has been smooth, responsive, and professional. Inspections have always been carried out respectfully, and Marlena made sure to listen and take note of everything I raised.Internal communication is great ,as she informed to the one incharge of my propetty. I also really appreciated the prompt attention to repairs, such as the recent issue with the extractor fan, which was resolved quickly. The team has consistently been approachable, helpful, and efficient. I genuinely recommend Tritam to anyone looking to rent or buy. Based on my experience, I would definitely be happy to continue with them in the future, whether for renting again or exploring a property purchase .
