GoogleAs a student renting in Nottingham I can honestly say that Tristrams are a great agency to rent with. They are super polite, reply swiftly to any enquiries and one of my better experiences with an estate agency for sure. HOWEVER if you are booking a Housing35 property with them BE WARNED!!! Unfortunately Housing35 have no google review page so I have no choice but to write it here - if I could give them a separate review it would be 1 star at best. Staying at their newly renovated millstream court property has been a nightmare. We tenants had no wifi for 3 months despite it being included in our rent, had no efficient garbage disposal system for the first 2 months so rubbish was left in a pile just outside the property. There is one washing machine and dryer in the entire building for all 20 tenants to share. Studios are situated in a dark alleyway that has only just had lights installed - prior to that it was a huge safety hazard. On one occasion builders were working on the front door and nobody could leave or enter the building for the next 6 hours with no heads up from Housing35. Front door is stiff and often left ajar (another huge safety hazard). Lastly, don’t think about ordering a package here unless it’s amazon and you can instruct them exactly where to leave it, access code to the building etc. There is literally NOWHERE safe to order your items to - we haven’t been advised of another location such as their office which will take our packages.

GoogleI recently had a six-monthly inspection visit by Georgia Boot from Tristrams, for the property I currently rent.
Georgia was very friendly and professional; she did a thorough inspection of both the house interior and exterior and took note of the areas I highlighted that may or did need bringing to the attention of the landlord.
I was impressed with Georgia’s prompt action after her visit, which resulted in contact from external contractors in a very short time.
Georgia is a credit to Tristrams and I hope she receives all due recognition from the company.

Talia Dovey has looked after this buy to let purchase every step of the way, keeping me informed of developments, organising second viewings and trades person viewings and everything in between. For anyone who regularly buys property you will know the struggle of a poor agent but Talia went above and beyond in a market where she really did not have to. GoogleMy experiences with Tristram's have been rather pleasant. The letting agent, Tom, who accompanied me to the viewings was friendly, honest and genuine; I really appreciated him! Only a few hours after completing an application form, I got a call from Luke to discuss my application. He promptly discussed it with the landlady and I was able to move into the new property within 10 days. The whole process was rather smooth and all paperwork and referencing were taken care of online which suited me as I did not live locally. In short, I would certainly recommend Tristram's!
