GoogleApril 2021: I had a viewing for a new property and it was just great. Nicola Morris showed me around the place, pitched the rooms fantastically and was very clear about everything I needed to know. She knows what’s she’s doing and it shows! The property looks like it’s going to be great and I cannot wait to move in! Update: August 2021 Please do not waste your time booking the BULWER ROAD STUDIOS - NG7 3HL. The building was force renovated into a set of studios. The corridors and staircases are tight - a complete fire hazard. The rooms are not the same size but yet, the pricing is the same. The only rooms that are decent are studios 5&10 - AVOID THE OTHERS!! They are cramped and small, I promise you will hate them. The pictures on the letting site do not truly reflect the size of the rooms/property as a whole. The property also doesn't have a single mirror but apparently this is 'normal' ... yeah - Furthermore, Tristrams are only there to show you the property then give you over to the landlord. The landlords, Housing 35 ARE THE WORST. They are unprofessional, rude and lack training to be in the business. Her name did not stick but the female with squeaky high pitched voice (you'll know exactly who this is if you call them up) was rude and should be fired immediately. I am so glad that I decided to pull out of the property and have found somewhere much more accommodating. Big shoutout to Savannah at Tristrams who was very helpful, despite the Landlords being a complete nuisance. Always ask Tristrams who the Landlord is, if they say Housing 35, RUN! This is an honest review so people do not make the same mistake I did looking at these studios. This is mainly targeted towards the Landlords but as they are affiliated with Tristrams, I have to leave the review here.

GoogleI want to thank Tristram’s Lettings Nottingham for such an amazing first experience at viewing a flat. Me and my boyfriend were anxious but Nicola gave us such a warm wholesome welcome to the flat we viewed which really calmed our nerves. We fell in love with the flat and Nicola was so amazing as she took into consideration how inexperienced we were and really supported us. Thank you to Nicola and her team at Tristram’s for the amazing communication! Highly recommend :)

GoogleHi, it is my fantastic experience in rental tenancy in UK that I have never experienced. Miss Wendolowska, Julia is one of the best letting agents in the Tristram’s Property I ensure. She wholeheartedly provided services and explained everything in datails when I have many request on the house, including the location, decorations, gardening, and price concerned. Julia is kind and helpful to solve my questions so efficiently. As a new person living in Nottingham, it is not easy to settle down and return to normal and peaceful life without Julia's assistance. Some of my relatives and friends are planning to move there. Without hesitation, the Tristram’s Property is highly recommended in terms of quality of service and confidence of purchases. Thank you the Tristram’s Property and Julia to facilitate my family in Nottingham.

GoogleReally impressed with the team at Tristrams. I've dealt directly with Nicola and Charlotte who were both great. Nicola showed us around the property even though is was a last minute request and answered all of our questions and Charlotte has been very responsive and fantastic to deal with. We loved the house and three weeks later we moved in and are so happy with our new home. We couldn't have done it without the team at tristrams - will definitely recommend to anyone :)

GoogleMy boyfriend and I are currently in the process of trying to rent out our first house together. The team that works here have been really nice towards us and incredibly helpful. Nicola Morris was our first point of contact and has been absolutely outstanding towards us both, she has been nothing but kind, when other letting agents have scoffed at us due to our lack of experience. She has been useful with answering any questions we may have and all responses are prompt and friendly. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

GoogleWhat can I say other than amazing? Phil was fantastic, approachable, communicative and professional from start to finish. We listed our property with Tristrams and sold super quickly after the first group of viewings, whilst achieving asking price. The whole process was smooth and if we sell again, we'll definitely be using Tristrams again. I will be recommending them personally to anyone who is looking to sell their house with minimal fuss and at a reasonable cost. GoogleTristram's has been a real breath of fresh air in comparison to many estate agents. The entire lettings experience has been nothing but professional, warm and high quality. You really get the sense that they want to help you find the right property. My agent, Savannah, was so lovely when showing us around and gave us lots of useful information throughout the viewing and her professionalism was also reflected in the all the following correspondence. Google*DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENT FROM 18 PREMIER ROAD* the landlord was totally incompetent and failed to sort out the countless issues we experienced whilst living in this house in a timely manner. We have waited 4 months for a final decision on our deposit, this was taken to the DPS where the landlord scammed all tenants out of their deposits. Tristrams were also very unhelpful and unprofessional in their ways.

GoogleI bought a house 1 month ago and the sale has in no way been associated with this company. Today, they put a letter through my door saying the house had been withdrawn from sale 6 months ago without completing a sale. Clearly this company has no clue as I bought this house a month ago! Absolutely bizarre.
