GoogleI would highly recommend William H Brown in Braintree. From the start - I had James come over and value my house for me and he was the most professional out of all the agents that came over. He also gave me some advice for my mortgage and ended up speaking to Louise the mortgage advisor who beat my rate I currently had with my bank. Then once my property was on the market I had Warren and Tasha who both done a great job to get me a buyer. Got a buyer within 2 weeks. Once my buyer was in place, i was introduced to Jenna who is the Sales Progressor and looked after the sale of my property. She was very professional and got the sale through smoothly and quickly. All in all, I had a very good experience with William H Brown and would use them again to sell another property.

GoogleWe recently were shown around a property by Tash Wiffen, Negotiator. Having viewed many properties with agents who, to put it politely, were not too interested in our situation or the property they were selling, it was a much nicer experience to view one with Tash who was knowledgeable about the property, easy to chat to and professional. We didn't get the property, sadly, but the vendor should be delighted to sell his property so promptly with this Estate Agent. Will use their services again.

GoogleHave contacted various estate agents over the last few weeks and have noticed more than I would expect to be a little bit lacklustre, disinterested, or just not even picking up the phone. Spoke with Miles this morning regarding a property let and was genuinely impressed with his professionalism and diligence, all while being polite and conversational, something that I've found absent with many other agents I've spoken with of late. Very impressed overall with my first contact with WHB Agents and will be bookmarking the website as a result.

GoogleVery positive experience with William h brown letting agent. Jamie House and Miles Riley have always provided me the appropriate support to acquired properties to rent for Mariama care team. They always demonstrate professionalism. I feel very comfortable discussing our needs and the type of properties that are suitable for us. Within the space of 2 to 3 months Miles and Jamie has provided me with more than 4 properties that are in the right places for my team members. So far, I cannot fault the pair.
