TrustpilotNew home at Eskbank Gardens
After pre-reserving a new-build house in Edinburgh in June 2022, we recently moved into the property and are very satisfied with Dandara's level of care and customer service. We undertook thorough research before buying with Dandara and are pleased that the good reviews are, in fact, true. We've had a great experience throughout the whole process of reserving the house, choosing the fittings and upgrades, completing and moving in and, finally, adjusting to life in the new house. Both the sales team and builders have been very friendly and helpful and we're particularly impressed with the level of care and attention that's been given since we've moved in - including regularly checking in on us and getting our snags fixed quickly. The only thing I would mention is that it would've been nice to have a bit more contact from Dandara in the lead up to our completion date. Although I understand that it can be tricky to provide concrete details before completing.Overall, we'd recommend buying with Dandara!
Congratulations on your new Dandara home. Thank you so much for leaving such a wonderful review, the team will be delighted with your comments.

TrustpilotExcellent Service!
Started the process of procuring a Dandara home in Ffos Las, Carmarthenshire, South Wales with Janet Relling. Not only is she extremely knowledgable about her subject, but she is also very helpful, bending over backwards to make for as easy a procurement as possible. We don’t feel rushed or pushed in any way resulting in us reserving a fantastic 4 bed property with everything that we need / want. If you are thinking of moving, we highly recommend that you consider Dandara homes in Ffos Las, Llanelli and ask for Janet

Just a few short words to say about Clair and her team at Dandara's Lettings department. I've been dealing with them for quite a few years now and find them to be really helpful, friendly and professional. I've no trouble in recommending them to another tenant or landlord. Thanks again team.

TrustpilotMeet the Builder
What a great idea to Meet the Builder !!! ….. plus meeting our new neighbours at the same time in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It gave us the opportunity to interact and ask questions that were relevant to all of us attending. Emma presented the event along with Andrew from sales and was very informative in guiding us through our new experiences to come. Max the Builder talked us through the build, and gave us an insight on guidelines for property hand overs. Top marks to all involved and I hope this is just the start of good things to come for all of us ! Tony Bettles
We're so pleased you enjoyed the event and found it useful. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a fantastic review. Many congratulations on your new Dandara home, we're sure you'll be very happy there!

TrustpilotKirkliston, Foxhall Gait
I visited your site in Kirkliston and spoke with Lorraine who was extremely helpful, she recommended we visit another site to view the house we are interested in. I popped in to see Lorraine last week where she advised the particular show home would not be ready for another few months I did mention that I was considering a slightly smaller house as the one we are interested in will not be ready until June 2024. She recommended we view the show home in Eskbank to give us a better idea of the size etc and should we rule it out she could possibly arrange a viewing of the house on her site where the keys had recently been handed over. I emailed Lorraine on Sunday to advise after viewing the show home we have ruled it out and I am delighted to say she has now arrange a viewing of her clients house for later this week. I cannot thank her enough, she has truly gone above and beyond
Thank you for leaving such a wonderful review, Lorraine will be delighted with your comments.

TrustpilotThe Pippins, Hamstreet Kent
We have recently completed on our new build home at the Pippins development in Hamstreet and couldn't be happier with Dandara as a company. Previously, we owned a new build flat from a large developer and had countless issues and problems, that were very difficult to get resolved. Sceptical on new builds we only popped into the Pippins to have a look at the quality of home to confirm our decision. However the quality of the homes here were brilliant, traditionally built and aesthetically great. We met Joe in the Sales suite who answered every question we had, was open and honest on the every step of the process and would always ensure we were happy. We were able to witness all steps of our home development so we could see first hand the difference in the build with DandaraEmma and Tommy along with Joe have been so helpful at every step of the journey, and now we are in continue to ensure everything is going ok and helping us solve any issues. My faith in new builds has been restored thanks to Dandara and the team at The Pippins. Really recommend their homes.
Thank you so much for leaving such a wonderful review, the team will be delighted with your comments. Many congratulations on your new Dandara home, we're sure you'll be very happy there!

TrustpilotPaddock View, Yapton
We recently purchased a house on the Paddock View development in Yapton. Our experience started back in February where we met Jo, who gave us so much of her time on two visits, showing us available houses until we found the right one for us. Throughout the whole process Jo and Val in the sales team were amazing. They supported us through some very difficult and stressful times. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even offering to assist with the sale of our then current property. The communication and support was excellent at all times. We are so grateful to the whole team including Sam (site manager) who has been very helpful resolving all the snagging issues which were fixed within a short time scale. He regularly checked the process until complete and we were happy. We would definitely recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a Dandara home. Thank you to all the team we have found our dream home.
Congratulations on your new Dandara home! We're so pleased you had such a great experience with Jo, Val, Sam and the rest of the team. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
