We visited Dandara Braintree today. We had such a warm welcome from Catherine. Thank you for being so patient with us. We took so much of your time, & you showed us 4 amazing homes, different sizes, but boy, did they tick all our boxes! By the end of the day we had received follow-up correspondence from you, especially for a second viewing, the whole family this time! Your service is second to none, & we’ve been to at least 4 other new build developments! Thanks for the refreshments also 😊

We went to view Saxon Park and was met by Katie. The appointment and consultation was excellent. Katie talked us through the process, phases of build etc and showed us around the development and also show homes. Any question or query we had she answered promptly following up confirmation of when particular plots would be available for reservation. We came away with lots of information and lots to think about. Great service so far!!

Fed up with this building company over the past few weeks have left several message's asking for a return call and not once have they replied. They are building houses in our village and there is only one main road in and out , once again today 5 lorries all waiting to go on site all waiting in the road . So you can imagine 8 o’clock this morning trying to get passed them was a nightmare. It took me 30 minutes. I complained to them months ago and they said ( this was 1 lorry waiting) they don’t have space for all the lorries to be on site . So how can they have been granted permission to build when it causes so many problems. So no one wants to know . I know we need more housing and really don’t have a problem with that . It’s just they should have plans in place so that this doesn’t happen all the time . Absolutely furious late for appointments late for school all because of DANDARA

From initial enquiry, reservation to deposit, our contact Lorraine has kept us fully informed and updated. She liaises with Colin, the site foreman and site workers and gets back to us quickly on any queries. Nothing has been too much trouble. I especially like the regular updates and that the housebuild is ahead of schedule. Would recommend.

Our search for another property has found nothing to compare with the design and specification of Dandara, not only locally but also in other areas of Scotland.
