We brought our second home from Dandara I’m a construction manager and work to a very high standard and can’t fault the construction one bit at all quality is the best in Jersey we found Dandara amazing with the purchase when we should have moved in COVID-19 kicked in they never got pushy one bit, 1 year on apartment looking fantastic and excellent service on one small problem on external stairs but service and updates 5* thank you Katrina jersey. Dandara, Hazelwood

After my two children moved out and bought their own houses (one of them bought a Dandara house at the Hazelwood development), I decided the time was right for me to downsize and move too. I met Alanna, discussed what I was able to afford and my preferences for what I wanted in a house, and she advised me of my options. Alanna was there every step of the way throughout me selling my house, to moving into my new Dandara house. I could not be happier, and know it was the right move for me. 😁

After deciding on beautiful Hazelwood for our next home, we contacted the sales team and met with Alanna. From the start and throughout the process, we were thoroughly impressed with the property and the salespeople. Alanna was our main contact, and she was always helpful, knowledgeable & responsive - emails and phone calls were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Any hitches were dealt with speedily and professionally, and always in a positive and friendly manner. Very impressed with the whole process.

My apartment was lovely; privately owned with rental managed by Dandara who were very responsive and helpful. Everything was in good condition. When there was anything that needed servicing they arranged repair or replacement promptly with the owner. I had a trouble and stress free residence. I only left because of relocation. Give Dandara 10/10

Attention to detail from beginning to end

Thanks to Alanna and the team at the Hazlewood developments. The pre-sales team were very accommodating to our situation and requests for viewings and information. Having had a challenging situation with selling original property in order to buy with Dandara - I honestly can say Kelly and her team have been incredible and patient. It is horribly stressful and they have helped so much with so many things. Still have people on site who are accommodating and really helpful as I don't know anything about new builds. BEWARE of DANDARA RESERVATION CONTRACTS

I am an elderly, vulnerable 81 year old pensioner. In January this year we decided to downsize our home and thought that no 17 Willow Grove was ideal for our purpose.We paid a deposit and signed a contract on 21st January.Everything was fine until our contract expired due to other parties not being ready to exchange.As per contract terms I requested a refund of my depositI was told that their solicitor ( who Dandara will not name) has informed management that according to the Builders Code of Practice we must pay £750.00 in costs!We did not sign any Code of Practice and only signed a Reservation Agreement.The Reservation Agreement states;"The Buyer has the right to cancel the reservation at any time"."If the Buyer cancels the Reservation Agreement, the Seller agrees to payback the Reservation Fee less any reasonable administrative and any other costs incurred in processing and holding the reservation.""the range of such deductions will be between £0 and £0".Other clients of Dandara may recognise the wording?I can supply my original contract if needed.No refund has been forthcoming.Management has stopped returning my calls and does not answer any emails.That such a large high profile company should treat an 81 year old gentleman in such a manner is appalling.I fail to understand how they do not feel bound by a contract that they have signed?Reading other complaints in the review section it is obvious that one of their tactics about complaints is not to reply and trust that the complainant will lose interest.This is a WARNING for anyone contemplating signing any contract with Dandara be aware that the company feel that contracts are not for them and are not honoured.I am having to go to the Courts for a remedy of my contract.Hardly the way a huge, high profile company should behave?Michael F.
