GoogleWe’ve been renting from cmrent for 2 years now and after 1 year we had to move out because the landlord was selling and with the help of jordane and Yasmin they found us a new apartment and now we are renewing Becky has been excellent to work with so Alround cmrent have a good team no complaints top class

GoogleAfter getting a job in Chelmsford, it was certain I'll have to relocate to its environs. I was lucky to find an apartment in Witham with CM Rent. The customer service was splendid. I didn't expect them to be that responsive but that was just a tip of the iceberg. Sequel to securing the apartment, and on my move-in date, it was quite hectic for myself and baby considering that we were relocating from Huddersfield to Witham. The driver who moved our items was impatient and he literally off-loaded our belongings in the parking space allocated to me. Need I say that I missed my appointment with Jordane (the manager) who took it upon herself to meet us whenever we arrived at Witham. My belongings were in the packing space after the driver off-loaded and left. Jordane with the help of her hubby, dad and friend (God bless them!) took it upon themselves to help me with moving my things in the second floor apartment that I rented. Not only did they do this, she got my baby and I some food, drinks and dairy products from Morrisons. She was the angel God sent to us that day because I wouldn't have known how to move my things (especially the sofa bed 😬) in without their help. Was already contemplating giving it away. And to top it all she referred me to some nurseries, and a weekly program at Witham Library for my baby. I am happy I met her and got my apartment through CM Rent. If there was a rating beyond 5/5, I'll gladly give it to them. 5 stars does not do justice to the favour I got from them. Thank you, thank you thank you!😊

GoogleWould not rent from cm rent again. Not that helpful Christine was extremely rude and patronising and not helpful at all I avoided speaking to her if possible. the only person who was helping and understanding was Becky. Avoid this company

GoogleMy husband and I recently rented a property through CM Rent Witham. We found a place we loved, they happily accommodated our work schedules to ensure we had a chance to view it and within 10 days, we had the keys! Isla and Jordane have been absolutely brilliant. Both have been really responsive to my (many, many!) questions and were absolute pleasures to deal with. Really appreciate all the help in renting our new home, thanks to the whole team at CM Rent!

FacebookAgency takes weeks to fix issues, leaving us for 3 weeks without a working front door which was a fire Hazzard, and over 7 weeks without access to our garage where we had food in our freezer. This also delayed our ability to move property. Staff seem very friendly and make all sorts of promises but fail miserably at delivering any sort of resolutions. Also made us pay £100 fee for guarantor fees which wasn't needed, but they refused to refund. Thank God for Covid as we were able to live out our 6 weeks deposit as they wanted to deduct money for issues that were there before we moved in and even made a few things up! Sharks, unprofessional agency who only care to keep the landlord happy! Stay away!

GoogleWhat a lovely team; Jordane, Yasmin and Tom have all been absolutely brilliant. The whole process from finding a property to the moving in has been a pleasure. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they're always just on the other end of the phone and their communication is superb! I personally find with most other estate agents they have an overwhelming need to oversell (a moldy carrot could be the best carrot the planet has ever seen) we didn't get any of that at all with CMRent - honest, upfront and no BS :). Thanks Jordane and the team :).

GoogleWhat a fantastic estate agents... Yasmin is always happy to help, conscientious and polite and Becky has been absolutely outstanding. CM Rent just sold my flat for me, and whilst I have been an anxious, stressed mess Becky has supported me, chased everything at every opportunity, and then some, and has gone above and beyond her role. I couldn’t have done it without her, and the fee I paid for the service was worth every penny, I couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you Becky your a star x

Google‘CM RENT AND SALES ‘ Was amazing in helping me and my partner find the right flat for us. We went with other estate agents and no one came close to making us feel as welcome as everyone at CM RENT AND SALES. We found Katherine was so helpful polite and welcoming and helped us with anything we needed very promptly by phone or email. I highly recommend. The whole process was great and I hope everyone else gets the same experience we did.

GoogleI had a really good experience with Andrei. He was easy to get hold of, explained everything clearly, and made the process of renting a place much less stressful. He didn’t rush anything and actually listened to what I was looking for, which I really appreciated. Would definitely go through him again

GoogleMy advice to any landlords thinking of using CM Rent to manage a property would be to double check that the inspections are being carried out on time and ask for a full report with lots of photos of your property. Our recent experience has not been good, they charge a lot of money for doing very little. Communication is poor. You will need to keep on top of them.
