GoogleThe whole team at cmRent in Witham have been nothing but brilliant to deal with in renting our new home. Becky has gone over and above to make everything as smooth as possible and communicated so well to us when there were a few unexpected hiccups in the process. Her colleagues Daniel and Catherine were also super to deal with, and a great support throughout. I am in the property field myself and I deal with a lot of agents on a daily basis, I can honestly say this team are one of the best I have experienced.

They got my viewing efficiently and was moved in within a week. Everything was explained clearly to me. Any help or questioned I asked were never a trouble! GoogleI would highly recommend the team at CM. Over the last 4 years we have bought, let, and more recently sold two properties with them. At all stages we have had excellent communication with Adam, Jordane, Becky and the team. Tenants have been found, building work organised and houses sold quickly. GoogleI have dealt with CM letting Witham as a landlord. The service has been excellent from Jordane, Dan and all team members. There is a very good philosophy to take care of the landlord and tenant in equal measures. Nothing is too much trouble.
