GoogleThis was a very tricky sale, which due to numerous complications ended up taking 1 year & 9 months & if I had not had the constant advice & support provided by Ms Eleanor Topham, I think I would have thrown the towel in a long time ago.

GooglePrivate renting is not the way to go for everyone, most landlords want you use the fact the you will pay for everything, within the property, and the experience my family and I have has been disgusting to say the least, the doors were not able to open and close, and the bathroom flooring had polystyrene under the flooring, the garden was a mess, including the fencing and the landlord was expecting us to do all this. The Beresfords letting agency is unprofessional as there are too many people who contact you and this makes for unsuccessful communication, to all parties, they are legitimised professional con artist.
