In that time, I have been very satisfied with their close liaison at all times which has been important in maintaining good relationships with tenants. Lifestyle has ensured that my properties have been inspected at regular intervals and that any repair work identified as necessary has been carried out efficiently and promptly. We have developed a close working relationship beneficial to both parties.

With several changes of tenants I have always found them to be very professional providing what turns out to be sound advice and obtaining the best market rent available at the time. GoogleWe were in a rental property for just over 3 years with Lifestyle. Throughout our tenancy, they were good. However, we recently ended our tenancy and were charged extremely inflated prices for cleaning services and fixtures. We are tidy people and know that these prices are extremely unfair. The approach to their end of tenancy charging has tainted our experience.

GoogleAs a landlord I have benefited from the services of Lifestyle since at least 1998. I know many of their staff such as Gary, Derek, Nicola, Chris, and Callum. Their main strength is that they are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. I do not consider them to be 100% perfect (nobody is) but they are professional to me and my tenants. They are also good valve for money

GoogleI recently moved home and used Lifestyle. I was extremely happy with them. They kept me informed every step of the way. Explained things to me so that I could understand certain processes. I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone looking to sell their home or even rent. I've dealt with other estate agents in the past and these were by far the friendliest and most professional. You would do a lot worse if you went elsewhere in my opinion.
