GoogleThe letting team were very helpful along the application process and kept me up to date. We have had a few issues with the property since being in, the maintenance team have been extremely quick at contacting the landlady and getting their maintenance team out to the property.

GoogleThe worse letting agency I have see so far in Bristol. They don't attend to you when you need to and try to make u pay for staff that has nothing to do with u especially maintenance.
Baafi Daniel, Sorry you feel you have received a poor experience. There are two sides to any story and I would be keen to discuss your experience. Generally, any damages caused are investigated and costs then put to the tenant, if the tenant has caused such. The Deposit Protection service will then arbitor where the costs should be paid from if you the tenant refuse to pay for damages incurred. GoogleYou can't have visits after 11pm. You will have unannounced visits and inspections to your room. They contract the cheapest and crappiest cleaners, gardeners and maintenance to deal with your property. They will find any excuse to take your deposit away from you. Read the housing act very carefully before you sign with these people because you will need to know how to fight then at the end of your tenancy.
Mr Quintaneiro, we are not prepared to discuss these false claims on an open review site, but I think we both know that your comments are grossly untrue and fully refuted. We would welcome you to discuss this further with ourselves in house professionally.

I have already have one property rented out through lifestyle and am very happy with the service they offer, another property came up for sale and agreed a price with the vender, unfortunately there was many problems from my solicitor taking along time doing anything which almost made the vendor pull out of the sell, but lifestyle helped out more than once with communication between vendor and myself and keeping everyone calm and every time I had any questions or needed advise or help nothing was too much trouble. Cilla one of the staff was fantastic, she. Was always available to help, without the help of cilla and the team of lifestyle the sell would of not happened, I can’t thank the whole team enough for the kind help, I would always use lifestyle in the future with my rental properties and any further purchases.
