Very rude customer service in Bristol, call them for letting but the way the letting agent talked, looked like I want to occupy his property. Very disgusting and third class customer service. I will never take any property through them even for free.

He then called me later the same day apologising for cancelling a totally different viewing that I hadn't even requested. Frustrating and a massive waste of time.
