GoogleWorst estate agency. Called three times to book an house valuation. First call was told someone will call regarding a booking. No call was recieved. Second call then was told will get you booked in then on the day was told no booking made. Third time lucky NO ! Was told my appointment booked provisionally then called on the day and was told no booking. Ridiculous.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHad an appointment booked for valuation today. I called to bring the time forward which was agreed and was only 30 mins earlier. No one showed up, not at new time nor original time set. No one called. I couldn't get through to the office to fond out what was happening.

GoogleI handed my property over to be rented out. The tenant they found left in less than 2 months and left the property in a mess with the fridge missing too. I am still waiting for this to be resolved after many office visits and emails I still have no deposit refund and my complaints have not been resolved after 15 working days as per their policy. They took the full first month rent and I did not receive one full rental income. Very POOR service which has negatively effected my buisness. I am VERY disappointed with the office.

GoogleViewed same house twice, asked when EPC would be assessed, told by your Move that they would let me know. Unfortunately, after waiting 3 weeks, I telephoned Your Move Only to be informed the property had been sold and EPC done ! Amazingly ! Absolutely none of this updated onto Your Move website !! Very Amateur

Hi Colin, Apologies about not coming back to you when the EPC was completed. We use an external company who do our EPC's for us and can never guarantee when these will be completed. As you are probably aware we are working in a fast market at the moment and the buyer for this property was proceeding before the EPC had come back.
