I was struggling to find the perfect estate agents/ person to manage my property. My rental property situation was messy due to previous tenant with a different sub-par agency (didn’t pay rent for 5 months and destroyed my property). Many estate agents that manage property were offering a cheaper fee. William H Brown are slightly more expensive but offer a premium service (you pay for quality) The real reason we chose William H Brown is because of the Rental Manger Antoniya (legend). She came and made the process so easy. * Gave me advice on how to deal with this tenant and finally legally evicted tenant, thanks to advice. *Actually got stuck in and helped move boxes and furniture. * Advised on how to get more property rental income, with subtle home improvements. I went from £700 to £1050 pcm. *I have her personal number on call. * Found a person for my property within a week with a rental income which was more than expected (got me 6k in advance for rent.!!) * Helped me with forms and understanding the tenancy agreement. If Antoniya left William H Brown, and went to another company. I would change the estate agency to manage my property, to whatever company she is with. Thank you William H Brown and Antoniya for everything.

They went the extra mile to organise, facilitate and deal with all pressured milestones that occur when managing the letting process. I wish Jessi and Elisa all the best. We can't thank Aaron Wood enough ....Nothing was too much trouble and he guided us through all the paperwork with ease, I am self employed so expected it to take longer but it didnt. The whole process was really straightforward and easy. Moving house is stressful but Aaron really looked after us taking the pressure off us he updated us at all times he was prompt and efficient.... it was the quickest house move ever ...from Offer to picking our keys up it was just 2 days over 4 weeks we couldn't believe it ! Can't say thank you enough to Jesse Bradshaw for the fantastic service he provided from start to finish in renting a property with William H Brown. The whole process was super quick - just taking a couple of weeks from looking at a property to moving in which was amazing and all down to Jesse's professionalism. Jesse was friendly, personable, and on the ball from the very first call to signing the contracts. He was always there to talk to when we needed advice and information. She listened and told me I had options. Then Maisie took over and she was amazing. Replied to any questions/queries I had, almost immediately. On the day of completion I had to travel from London.. it took me 7 hours due various accidents on the m1…by the time I’d reached the outskirts of Bradford they’d already closing their office .., Amanda took the keys home in order for me to collect them from her house , knowing that I’d just traveled over 220 miles … they went above and beyond to accommodate my situation… thank you for taking away my stress .. Can't speak highly enough of my experience here. Jesse went above and beyond to arrange a second viewing for me, liaised with the landlord to get fixes made ready for move in and had me moved in in under a month, has checked in since I moved in & been patient when I needed a handyman in the first few days. Highly recommend!
