I would recommend Whitegates Bradford from a tenants point of view. They were responsive to any maintenance requests and liaised with the landlord to accommodate new whitewear and heating for me. Calls and emails were responded to in a timely manner and generally the team were very helpful.

Hi Peter, Thank you for renewing the Tenancy Agreement with your daughter for whom you act as Guarantor. I regret it’s not quite as simple as you had hoped to alter the terms of a legally binding agreement, as I have explained.

Dear Mr Sadler, I'm sorry you feel that to be true. But I have to disagree. I am extremely pleased that we managed to sell your property in such difficult circumstances. I fully investigated your complaint and could not uphold a single aspect of it. In fact, I had to praise my Sales Manager Gail Wood for an extremely patient and professional, job well done. Wouldn’t rate these agents one star if that was an option. What an awful experience as a tenant. May issues with property reported promptly to them actioned after a very long period of time.The lettings staff were problematic to deal with throughout and the whole experience in dealing with them was utterly awful.
