In the afternoon of Friday 25th August I had a major water leak problem in one of my properties - water was leaking from a flat above - the management company were useless in helping and it was left to Yvonne and her colleagues at Dinsdales Rental Dept to sort out the problem. They were fantastic - they worked very hard all afternoon to establish the owner of the problem flat even using Bradford CC records in the search and made the contact to get the water leak repaired. I cannot thank them enough for the effort they put in. Dinsdales have managed my two flats in Shipley for over 15 years and I can say without exaggeration that they have done a great job for all those years. Thanks again girls Dereck Tasker

Fantastic service. I had 3 evaluations done when selling my mums house. I chose Dinsdales because Angie was so friendly and professional. But she was also the only estate agent that considered my mums wishes. It took a while to sell because of COVID but Dinsdales never gave up. Can highly recommend.

Sales team had done their home work before giving a valuation Looked in the locality for alike properties that sold and got as much information about property it self. Marketing team did a lovely job of getting the photos and description and on website very quickly and the for sale board in the right place. Pleasantly surprised that we had 2 viewing on the first day and more viewing during the first week, and was able to accept an offer in such a short time. Angela and Katie have kept me updated with Phone calls and emails No hesitation in recommending Dinsdales Estate sales.

As a first time landlord i had no idea about renting out my two properties one commercial another a flat.Sam walked me through the whole process every step of the way. I had a particularly problematic scenario in that I was trying to sell a house in Bradford from overseas in the USA, which was difficult enough, only to be complicated further by the COVID-19 pandemic causing a complete freeze on the housing market during the process! Being overseas, one of my biggest concerns was that I would find an estate agent that would be responsive and a good communicator, and I could not have asked for better. Angie was extremely helpful and always happy to take my calls. She kept me informed of everything that was going on, provided valuable advice, and I always felt that I was heard. Thanks to the professionalism of Angie and all of the staff at Dinsdales Estates, the distance across the Atlantic did not feel like an issue at all. My daughter is living in one of their properties and has been for around a year. When she first moved in she hadn't long had my grandson and so although it wasn't ideal being on the top floor she accepted it and it looked good and was reassured it was all in good order, oh how she was fooled. Since living here an economy 7 heater has fallen off the wall almost hitting my grandson which will have no doubt have killed him, the heaters don't work and even after calling energy companies and switching suppliers and tariffs etc they still don't work, the staff at Dinsdales couldn't care less about these issues either they have made no attempt after countless and I mean countless phone calls and complaints to fix anything other than fix the heater back to the same wall it fell off in the same position where the plaster is far to weak to hold it. To summarise if you're looking at renting from these DON'T!!!!!

Rude goes without saying I wanted to buy a property for my grandson had the cash and could purchase ASAP my offer was refused although it was the asking price you almost had to beg them to keep you updated when we complained about the attitude of the agent showing us around and asked to o speak to the director and air our views guess what nothing not even an apology what I would add is that we met up with a different local company and agent there was no comparison they were professional the customer service was outstanding they had been in business 40 years and it showed there local office is in wibsey. Would highly recommend not using Dinsdales.

Over the years Dinsdales' staff have given me expert advice and support through the process of letting and selling my property.They have always had my interest at heart and given quality reccomendations when other profesionals were needed. As I am a distant landlord I have found that very helpful. The friendly staff are up to date in their knowledge and strive to solve "hiccups" in the quickest possible time.
