GoogleAs an experienced landlord, but a newbie to working with an agent, I have already benefitted by handing the reigns over to Dinsdales. A plus is the online system of reporting repairs but still having an input in the process. Now it is a much more chilled experience, since handing over responsibility for the whole process: of advertising, securing new tenants, on-going rent collection and repairs. Yvonne's help has been invaluable. Now just have to get accustomed to relaxing!

They have helped enormously supportive in my work. The staff are true to their cause, passionate driven by giving tenants and buyers the best service they can. GoogleIn the afternoon of Friday 25th August I had a major water leak problem in one of my properties - water was leaking from a flat above - the management company were useless in helping and it was left to Yvonne and her colleagues at Dinsdales Rental Dept to sort out the problem. They were fantastic - they worked very hard all afternoon to establish the owner of the problem flat even using Bradford CC records in the search and made the contact to get the water leak repaired. I cannot thank them enough for the effort they put in. Dinsdales have managed my two flats in Shipley for over 15 years and I can say without exaggeration that they have done a great job for all those years. Thanks again girls Dereck Tasker
