Was recommended to use dinsdales by my sister in law who had sold her property with them. Angie Cawood was in charge of the sale. The property was my parents house which needed to be sold to settle their estate. She guided me through the process with care and compassion giving advice when needed to achieve a fair price for the property working above and beyond to make sure the sale was completed. My daughter had a wasps nest in her wall during this heatwave and couldn't have the windows open. The buzzing and tapping noise meant her and her 2 1/2 year old son had to sleep on the floor. Once the management of the building gave the go ahead to get pest control, Chloe rang them everyday to check the status of the pest removal. Even though they were really busy, Chloe didn't let up and understood how afraid my daughter was. The pest control Andy came on the day we expected, despite being really busy and sorted the problem. Chloe was efficient, caring and professional. Very impressed by Dinsdales, especially Chloe and Katy. Fantastic service!

Being busy with work and life is admittedly stressful. Trying to go through renting or buying a house is even more stressful. What a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! I recently completed on the sale of my property and how professional, informative and supportive Dinsdales were. I was kept up to date at every stage of the process. They followed all covid guidelines and ensured only potential serious buyers with the means to purchase, were given a viewing. I didn’t want any ‘window shoppers’ traipsing around my refurbished property. Sue was my case handler and was a joy to deal with, keeping me updated by email phone calls and texts. She listened to my requirements and guided me through it all. Once the sale completed I got a phone call from the Manager Samantha congratulating me on the sale. That was a lovely touch. Nothing but praise for this professional friendly team. Dinsdales' team really look after you, other agencies I've used just care about getting their cut, they don't bother to check quotes for work. Dinsdales use contractors who do good jobs at sensible prices. I would recommend taking some time out and go and meet the team so you get to know the person behind the voice, you'll then feel part of the team and you'll find out that they do really care. Yet again they've gone above and beyond. Hopefully when I have sold all properties, I'll have enough left to purchase a property for the Dinsdale team to manage.
