I have just purchased a house through Dinsdales estate agents. When I had my viewing for the house it was Angie who showed me around the house. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. Any questions I had or queries over emails and phone calls were answered promptly. Angie was very polite, lovely lady. I would definitely recommend buying a house through this estate agents. Provided a smooth transaction between me (buyer) and the seller. Thank you 🙂

I can't fault Dinsdales from my experience of them as managing agents where I lived and then estate agents for the sale of my home. I couldn't have had better service for both. They went above and beyond the call of duty in everything. Very professional in all their dealings and real 'people people' as a company. They've shown genuine care in making things as right as they can be for the leaseholders and tenants of the site and when my place went on the market the whole team were faultless in promoting and selling the place, takign care of both me and the buyer. I would definitely recommend Sam and her team for anyone wanting to sell or buy a place, or seeking a property manager.

Renting through Dinsdales Estates now for nearly 2 months now. From initial property enquiry to now I've received exceptional support and service, better than any other letting agents I've used before. Chloe and Katie were very helpful over the phone, answering any questions I had professionally, outlining any details of the process clearly. 10/10 Yvonne showed me around the property, and was very welcoming. My appointment was on schedule, and I received all the information I requested and needed. 10/10 I then went into office for documentation handover, where I met the team, and I must say, are a lovely set of people! Very caring and genuine. Very comfortable environment. At key handover, they even went through the effort of a handover giftbox! Lovely touch. 10/10 Since living in the property, I haven't been 'pestered' or bothered in the slightest. No bad surprises with the property. I reported a 'problem' that wasn't even a problem (sorry), it was a technical misunderstanding I had made. Despite this, the response from the team was swift, and my 'issue' was solved by Chloe the very next day. 10/10 Fantastic Team, highly recommended. Thank you team Dinsdales Estates

They manage the property my step mother lives in and they have always been extremely effective / helpful and importantly always very friendly. Recently she has had to move into a care home, and we've decided to rent the property to help pay the fees - something I have no experience of! I honestly can't thank the team at Dinsdale's enough for everything they did in helping me sell my home..... Angela, Katie, Sam and the rest of the team are truly amazing. From the very first conversation, I felt completely at ease. From coming from a different estate agent it was like a breath of fresh air at such a stressful time. Selling a house especially one that holds so many memories is never easy but Angela made the entire process feel manageable and actually enjoyable! Angela took the time to really understand not just the property but my personal circumstances too. That personal touch made the world of difference.
