I used Dinsdales to sell my flat in Bradford. They handled all the enquiries, and viewings. I didn’t attend as I live in a different part of the country and this was an investment rental property. Organised Dindales to come and value our house prior to putting it on the market. The lady duly arrived looked round our house and said she would be in touch tomorrow with a price. I've been a tenant with dinsdales for over 16 months,If you want to rent house/flat from them think twice.When you move out forget about your deposit.They will make sure you will have to forfeit your deposit by telling you that the house is in bad condition even though it's not..They do not agree with definition "sign of wear".They expect that the tenant will leave the property in perfect unused condition and make sure you will hire cleaning company to clean whole house.I do not recommend this Estates Agent at all.

I feel that this estate agent just don't seem to put enough effort in to selling your property, We never hear from them unless we contact them. There for sale sign as fallen down three times leaving the property not noticeable to anyone passing and when its reported to Disdales they take for ever to put it back up. since the property as been for sale we have had very few viewings as I feel that Dinsdales don't sell there properties they wait for people to buy them so if selling with Dinsdales you may have a long wait. i'm thinking now of changing agents to w m brown estate agents as they seem to be on the ball a bit more.
