Hi Grace and thank you for your comments which are duly noted. As one of my colleagues explained to you, because the Rental Market is so busy at the moment, each property that is advertised, can receive over 20 enquiries within the first couple of hours of going 'live' on the Internet. We then have to work our way through the list of potential applicants, to check people's criteria and suitability, but as I'm sure you can appreciate, it's not possible for every single person who enquires, to be able to view the property and so it goes without saying that some people are going to be disappointed. When you made your initial enquiry, we made you aware that a cluster of viewings had already been booked for that particular property and that we would come back to you, once the first batch of viewers/enquirers had been exhausted. My colleague then contacted you to inform you that the property you enquired about, was under application, following the first batch of viewings and so unfortunately, we could not book a viewing for you. I hope this helps explain the situation, but if we can be of any more assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I needed to move into a property quickly and they were able to get me in within a week but still managed to do everything professionally and profoundly.
