Dear Mr Clough Your partner who booked the viewing, gave us her old telephone number (presumably by mistake), at the time of booking the appointment. We informed her that we would call an hour before the viewing, to confirm. We made it clear that we would not turn up for the viewing if no contact was made. When we tried calling her to confirm the viewing, there was no answer, which is the reason why we didn't turn up for the viewing. As I'm sure you can appreciate, it is a waste of our time if we turn up to a property and the viewer doesn't. When you called our office, we were extremely busy, which is why the phone diverted to answerphone. Your message was left at 15:19hrs today and I called your partner back at 16:08hrs. I hope this clarifies our position.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
