GoogleNot helpful at all booked a viewing for rentals once attended agent turned up late then said were only selling now and if I could give a deposit of 15000 then the landlord would give us tenancy in order we buy it a year later or lose deposit like is this what you do when someone wants to rent a property

GoogleThroughout my tenancy Wasim provided a great service, answering all queries promptly and rectifying all fault reports professionally. Compared to all our other dealings with landlords based in Bradford this was a stark contrast. The staff at bradford estates accommodated our needs and made the process run as smoothly as possible. To any prospective renters I would highly recommend bradford estates.

GoogleThey don't follow what is written on their tenancy contract. Responding to emails very slow or no reply at all. Forget about your deposited money return because they cut deposited money very unjustified and instead of giving justification or response to our questions they just send tenant to make a dispute. I am going to court to get justice for me.

GoogleI can't recommending them. Get back deposit no possible, they don't care if something no working in flat. Communication in office is terrible they say send mail but nobody answer me.
