From beginning to end Mr Usman help me for every single step.I was a first time buyer and was worried but Usman looked after me in purchasing.I also used the mortgage broker Mr Usman connected to them who were great. Bradford estates were very good sorting out the sale of my late father's property. They were very good value for money.. very good with communication back and forth. Very professional and very caring. I found them very quick with everything they did and I liked the added touch at the end when the guys sent me photographs of my father's house to keep and remember. I let my house out with this lot and because I was dissatisfied with their service Usman branch msnsger terminated the agreement. A very rude lady Halima works there no idea of priority and Wasim who is the Supervisor there has no idea how to handle things when they go wrong but accuses other local letting agents of being a bunch of cowboys. Guys take a look at yourselfs before making a comment like that. Guys you need to stop blaming your customers and learn how to be both professional and friendly. Only ONE person is a credit to bradford estates Adil. He understood my matter but it was out of his hands as wasim halima and usman already had made their mind up of letting my house go. One month I waited approx to get an update. I even asked usman to re-let the house but he said no. Sooo dissapointed..,but Adil well done you deserve recognition. I will not forgive Bradford estates

Although due to the marketing to Bradford Estates I am currently I the process of selling my house, the following is still very relavent. Bradford Estates were awful at arranging viewings. They constantly made mistakes and never accompanied people who viewed the house. Actually they did, 3 times. We had about 20-30 viewings. Once they sent a chap who knew nothing about the house and was looking at the internet to get details while the viewing was happening! The Branch supervisor has no grasp of the English language. This is unfortunate as everyone else I have spoken to in that office was polite and well spoken. The Branch supervisor, Waseem, when repeatedly asked not to use certain language by my self, then entered into an argument with me. Following this I tried to reach the founder of the company, however I'm still waiting for him to call me back, it's now been one week. In summation, they sold the houseafter a great length of time at a much reduced price. However, they sold the house. The level of service overall is a joke. Only one or two of their employees are of a good standard. If I could pull out off my contract with them I would! As I had to lead all of the viewings most/all of the time no one was offered to accompany. I do not feel that they actually earned the percentage they revive. If I could give no stars I would. In fact this review is because of the bevahior of one individual. I would have forgiven everything apart from bad manners and failure to address the issue.

Bradford Estates are absolutely rubbish. They don't deal with complaints,. "Everytime I have called the agent Wasim the supervisor is so rude. His words are 'send us an email about your complaint and hangs up. I called again and he hangs up again I tried emailing usman the manager and he isn't bothered. He hasn't replied to my question about my missing fridge freezer. Bradford Estates failed to tell me my tenants had left and only when I called about an enquiry they told me that tenants had left... this was approx a month AFTER. THEY COST ME A WHOLE MONTHS RENT,. Till this day the manager and his game playing team has failed to tell me who is in charge of the agency so that I can make a full complaint. What have they done to my fridge freezer as its no longer in the property and what else is missing from my house. DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENT.

I am a first time buyer, went into Bradford Estates for general advice, I was welcomed by Sadia, she talked me through the process of buying for the first time and gave me brilliant and helpful advice. I told her my criteria in regards to the type of properties matching my preference and she showed a few on there website. She has now arranged a couple of viewings for the ones we shortlisted , great hospitality, will definitely go back again. All staff were friendly and helpful.
